I made a mistake in today's post. The sites under consideration for the conference are not on the Kona coast, but on the South Kohala coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. I guess if this works out I'm going to have to learn my Hawaiian coasts.
i think you might be talking about a difference of 10 miles or so. Gorgeous, one way or another. Try to take some time to drive up the spine of Kohala - most beautiful drive in the world! - & down the west coast. Totally untropical, & the best half hour of our trip.

Well, I don't see how I'll be able to attend the conference, but I'm glad to be able to contribute to it.
