I'm reading a book about the Apollo 8 mission to the Moon.

It's a really good book.

Bugs

The exterminator sprayed my apartment yesterday.

When I went to bed last night, a spider was on the wall.

Aide Stuff

One of my aides had to attend a family funeral in Texas, so the company is scrambling to fill in.

So far, so good.

Computer Update

It's been a long day.

I updated my computer, and it took me a while to get things sorted out.

Bugs

Maintenance is supposed to de-bug my apartment Wednesday.

Good thing, too.   An aide killed a spider last week.

Joe

My brother Joe came over today.

We had a good visit.

My Pirates are making a little bit of a move in baseball.

Hot

It's going to be extremely hot the rest of the week.

I hate it.

Ants

I have ants all over this apartment.

They bug me.

Joe

My brother Joe is not doing well in his battle with cancer.

Floodiing

My aide Yodit had trouble getting here last night.

She said roads around here were flooded.

Password

I had trouble with my Peapod password yesterday.

I'll try again today.

Hot

It'a a hot one today.

I'm sweating already.

Storms

We've had storms all last night and into today.

Hopefully, I won't lose power.

Again

My daytime aide company failed to staff my lunch shift Saturday and again today.

If it does this to me, I'm sure the company regularly fails its other clients, too.  Incredible.

Air

It's hot today, but the air was off.

It's back on now.

Mia

This has been an easy week so far.

Mia has done most of the shifts.

Carpet Cleaning

Maintenance came and cleaned my carpet this morning.

It looks good.

Baseball

ESPN has a baseball doubleheader today, which is appropriate for July 4.

The first game has my Pirates.

Weekend

I had an easy weekend.

The same aide, one I like, was here all six shifts, and Yodit was here overnight.
