It's the Warriors and the Cavaliers in the NBA Finals.  Again.

This is the fourth year in a row.  The league can't be pleased.

Willpower

Will Power won The 500 yesterday.

Willpower wins every year, but this year Will Power won.

Noblesville

There was a school shooting in Noblesville this morning.

I don't think ending these things is a matter of law or politics.  It's cultural.  We need to see the individual, not some manner of group, as the foundation of a democratic society.  We need to respect all individuals and focus on the needs of each individual.  Doing that should raise self esteem, emphasize the value of each human life, and help identify those who need help.

Switching Aides

My nighttime aides are switching among themselves to tale care of vacation time.

So far, no problem.

Cramps

My aide this morning seemed to be in pain, so I asked her if she were okay, and she told me she was cramping.

I really didn't need to know that.

Dentist

I went to a new dentist today, supposedly to get two fillings.

They did everything but.

Hot

It's supposed to be hot this week.

We're heading into summer.

My Pirates are in first place in their division.

I thought I'd better say that while I can.

Going Out

Yodit and I went out again last night, and I saw no dogs.

It was odd.

NBA

I see the Celtics are pounding the Cavs so far in the NBA playoffs.

The Pacers could have been there.

Glitch

My daytime aide company blew the dinner shift last night.

I ate about 10.

Peyton

I  see Peyton Manning might join a group trying to buy the Carolina Panthers.

Jim Irsay should sell him a piece of the Colts.

Goose

A big Canadian goose waddled by my apartment this morning.

I like seeing them up close.

Novel

I have 300 pages in the novel I'm writing-- nearing the end.

Then I'll have to rewrite it.

Agent

Yesterday, a literary agent wanted to talk about a book I proposed.  I told her I can't use the phone, and she said that was okay.

We're still discussing the book.

Dogs

My aide Yodit and I saw a pit bull type dog attack a little dog last night.

I don't know what finally happened.

Going Out

I've been out in my electric wheelchair a couple times lately.

On one outing, I got charged by a dachshund.

Cavoodle

A friend of mine has a Cavoodle-- part Cavalier King Charles spaniel and part poodle.

Sounds interesting.

Dentist

I went to the dentist this morning.

It wasn't fun.

Debate

I watched the GOP U. S. Senate debate last night.

It was a wasted hour.
