 The good news is that my aide found the belt on the new shower chair.

The bad news is that my aide wasn't comfortable with the new chair, so we used the old one.

 I recently bought a shower chair and a wheelchair from Amazon, and the shower chair lacks a belt while the wheelchair, I think, lacks footrests.

Bummer.

 My aide just told me my daytime company has no more aides because it xan't get people to work.

Hopefully, cutting the government unemployment subsidy will bring people back.

 As of now, my daytime aide company isn't covering any of the morning shifts next week.

My nighttime company is set to cover them.

 My daytime aide company sent an aide I'd never seen before yesterday.

I hate when they do that.  I'd rather they not send anyone that shift.

 I might finally get a parking space near my apartment for my aides.
