Churchill On Aliens

Here's an interesting fact.  Researchers have recently found that in 1939, with Europe on the brink of war, Winston Churchill wrote an essay speculating on life elsewhere in the universe.

In the essay, Churchill used fundamentally the same logic scientists use today to argue life might be common throughout the cosmos-- and allowed some of it might be smarter than we are.
