Yesterday, I had another difficult time urinating. My dinner shift aide, Johnice, who is very good, asked me if I'd had much to drink that day. That hadn't occurred to me, but in fact, I hadn't.
So, I asked Johnice to give me a glass of juice on top of the Ensure I drank with supper, which she did. I got through last night and this morning on my regular bathroom schedule, so maybe I still need to pay attention to how much liquid I drink every day.
